In the event of a return, the products must be packed and sent back clearly unused, along with a completed return form. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

If you wish to file a complaint about a product, we will require the item to be sent to our warehouse for evaluation. Therefore, it is important that the item is washed before being sent to us.

Due Diligence Assessments
We will continuously carry out due diligence assessments. This is a risk-based approach aimed at avoiding causing or contributing to potential harm or negative impact. This applies both internally within our company and throughout our supply chain. The assessment obligates us to implement measures to stop or reduce potential or actual negative impacts. A key part of due diligence is stakeholder involvement and clear communication with those affected to find good solutions. This can be done directly by us or in collaboration with relevant suppliers/partners. We expect our suppliers and partners to follow the same approach.

Responsible Procurement Practices
A good procurement practice is important to reduce and prevent potential negative impacts in our supply chain. We recognize that demands for short lead times can increase the risk of overtime work, thereby compromising good working conditions for workers further down our supply chain. A responsible procurement practice is therefore an essential tool for creating safe workplaces and good relations with our suppliers. UniformPartner AS prefers to work with suppliers with whom we have long-term relationships and good communication.

Communication and Whistleblowing
For UniformPartner AS, having good and open dialogue with both our employees and suppliers is important. We believe that communication builds trust and that everyone should have the opportunity to provide input. We want an open corporate culture where concerns and criticisms can be raised. Management is committed to listening to and addressing all complaints regarding the company’s operations and has an obligation to handle complaints where the company has caused or contributed to harm.

Anti-Corruption
UniformPartner AS does not tolerate any form of corruption, whether direct or indirect, bribery, or any other improper advantages for business or private gain. This is stated in UniformPartner AS’s ethical guidelines for employees.

Supplier Chain Requirements
It is expected that our suppliers and partners work towards and meet our requirements for responsible business practices.

Our suppliers shall:

  • Annually sign our Code of Conduct and complete the Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ). The results of the SAQ will determine whether our suppliers meet our expectations or if improvements are needed.
  • Conduct due diligence assessments to reduce and prevent negative impacts. This should be documented and made available upon our request.
  • Inform us of any use of subcontractors so that they can be reviewed and approved by us.
  • Actively work towards good conditions for people, the environment, and society.
  • Adhere to the UN human rights principles and ILO conventions.

Human Rights
UniformPartner AS is responsible for ensuring safe and good working conditions for both our employees and those in our supply chain. We therefore continuously and purposefully work to identify risks of negative effects and harm caused by our business. Violations of UN human rights will not be accepted. If violations are detected, immediate measures will be taken to stop the harm.

Environment
We are aware that our business can impact the environment both through our own activities and indirectly through suppliers and partners. Therefore, we have developed an environmental policy aimed at reducing our ecological footprint.Environment
